Description of the house:
the house is built in typical island style, with Mallorcan shapes and colors. It is situated on the sunny side of Puerto d` Andratx on the popular hill Montport. It is 12 minutes walking distance from the port and lies in a quiet area of Montport. The property is located next to a "zona rustica" with a pine forest. The old tower - built in 1976 as an observation tower - was the first building on the Montport hill and is the defining feature of the house. The balcony of the tower has a wonderful view of the marina of Puerto d` Andratx and the valley between Andratx and the harbour. The centre of the house is the large kitchen, the central meeting place, as is typical for Mallorcan homes. This is where family and friends gather for meals, drinks and conversation.
